Our Company
JTA International Holdings
JTA International Holding was formed in 2010 with the objective of providing unique and innovative financial and investment solutions to businesses and iconic projects around the globe. Over time JTA has evolved to an active investment solutions provider with strong partnerships and associations with like-minded companies and individuals.
Our global presence, consisting of offices in various countries, together with our global network of partners, underpins JTA’s investment platform that is actively identifying and converging investment projects. Our subsidiary holdings are active in energy, food, sports, health, tourism, technology and infrastructure domains. Our corporate organisation, established in the majority owned companies in Qatar and the UK, oversees investment funds, provides business direction, and ensures structured governance across the group.
IBN Corp
IBN Corp Ltd is a multinational enterprise that focuses on tourism real estate development and construction investment in Southeast Asia countries. Using its expertise in land development and capital management, the Company is able to cover various fields of businesses comprising project development, services and hotel management. In 2019, we marked our entry into Malaysia with two consecutive launches of IBN Bukit Bintang and IBN Highlands City. With IBN Green City slated for launch in Serendah, we are looking to cement our market positioning and brand recognition in Malaysia.
In the past decade, IBN Corp has been upholding its principle as “The Life Builder” to deliver innovative and high-quality development projects with significant economic and social value. To date, IBN Corp has become one of the most influential multinational developers in Malaysia.
Our Management
Dr. Amir Ali Salemi is the Co-Founder and CEO of JTA International Holding and is the Chairman of JTA Subsidiary Holding Companies. He holds a PhD in Strategic Management and MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. He has many years of experience and deep expertise in leading strategic partnerships and investments, setting benchmarks for the larger markets to follow. He was awarded the Excellence in Business Management Award, the Successful Leader Award and Excellence in Quality Management Award in 2021 from World Confederation of Businesses. He was also selected as Entrepreneur of the Year for Asia in 2021 by Global Banking and Finance Review.
Chen Guohui is the Founder and Chairman of IBN Corp. He established the organisation in 2018 to spearhead the development of integrated tourism destination in Malaysia that seamlessly combine leisure, entertainment, commercial, residential and sustainability. Under his astute leadership, IBN Corp has gained recognition for its unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality and innovative projects that cater to the evolving needs of customers from all over the world. With an exceptional track record, he continues to inspire and lead IBN Corp towards new horizons, steadfast in his pursuit of excellence and his commitment to revolutionising the real estate industry.
Branden Ng is the Director of Sales and Marketing for IBN Corp, responsible for designing, overseeing, and managing marketing and sales campaigns. With over a decade of experience in the real estate industry, Branden is known for driving new business developments and major market expansion, enhancing brand growth, maximising operational excellence, as well as delivering financial performance. Branden holds a Master of Business Administration from Putra Business School and a degree focused in marketing from University Tun Abdul Razak.
